My first Mother's Day..

Ever since i gave birth to Miss Riley i have been waiting for this day to come. Over the years i have made and bought my mom stuff for Mother's Day but until i had Riley i didn't realize how special it feels to be someone's mother. The love you feel for your own child is amazing and i wouldn't trade it for anything. A few days before May 10th Cody bought me some flowers. He said, "All the good ones are gone if you wait and then there's just crap left!" Then on Mother's Day i went out to eat with my dad and step-mom and after that we went to my grandma's for a family cook-out. I also got a couple of sweet cards and Cody ordered me a "present" but it hasn't come in yet. I will post a pic when i get it. I'm excited to know what it is!
